- When do I receive my purchased template?
On week days you should receive your purchased template (s) within
24 hours. If your order is placed on a weekend, you can expect
your purchased file on the following business day. If you have purchased a template and have a msn, hotmail, or yahoo email account and have not received your download link within 24 hours please be sure to leave a contact phone number you can be reached at. Chances are your email is blocking the downloads.

included. In addition, we also provide font and cascading style
sheets. Our templates are workable in a variety of software formats
but we highly recommend using Macromedia's Dreamweaver.
- What rights to the product do I have after purchase?
You have full rights to structure the template in any way you
see fit to meet your personal preferences and requirements.
However, for additional sites you develop, you must purchase additional
templates- even if you are using the same one over again. It is
an infringement of copyright to redistribute or resell our product
without our express written permission.
- Is the payment I make a one time fee?
Yes, as long as you're using the template to develop one website,
there are no additional fees after purchase.
- Do you allow access to all your templates for a certain period
of time for one set fee?
No, this option is not available- sorry.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
Our secure online Paypal account allows the use of all major credit
cards. We do offer the option of paying by check or money order
but please note that del every will be delayed until payment has

- Is there any return policy?

Our web templates are compatible with all the latest browser versions including: Internet Explorer, Fire Fox , & Netscape.
- Why is my search, contact, and newletter forms not working in my template?
Our templates do not include any additional scripts. All forms such as search fields, newsletter subscription, or contact information are inactive. By definition, these forms are dynamic functions that require customized setup between the end user and his or her server/host company.
